What time should I arrive for the Ceremony?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm, but please arrive early to mix and mingle with a glass of champagne in hand! Hamilton Farm Golf Club will be ready to welcome all guests as early as 5:00pm!

is there a dress code?

Our dress code is Black Tie Preferred! For the ladies, we request mid-length or floor-length gowns, formal jumpsuits, or formal pantsuits. For the gentlemen, we request either a tuxedo or a dark colored suit. Please no denim or khaki.

will there be a shuttle service provided?

Yes, round-trip shuttle service will be provided between the AC Hotel in Bridgewater and Hamilton Farm Golf Club. Departure times will be shared closer to the wedding date.

will any events be held outside?

We’re planning to have a tented ceremony outside in the Rose Garden. Our cocktail hour will be held partially outside on the Brady Mansion lawn. The reception will be inside. Please be mindful of shoe choice as walking on grass may be a possibility.

can we take pictures during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that you refrain from using your phone to take pictures during the ceremony. We have a couple of awesome photographers who will take care of that and allow you to be in the moment!

can we bring our children?

We have made the decision to host an adults-only celebration. We are grateful for your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.

will there be parking at the venue?

Yes, if you would prefer to drive yourself, there will be complimentary valet parking provided!

when should i rsvp by?

Formal invitations will be sent closer to the wedding date. Kindly respond by April 27th, 2026.
